Freedom for a free word

Appeal

Adnan Hassanpur, the journalist, and Abdulwahed Botimar (Heewa), the activist of Human Right Watches, both have been arrested for about eight months by the Iranian repressive authority. Besides, the judge of the Islamic court issued a decission on July18, 2007 to sentence both of them to death. As a result, the authority has put them in a singl prison awaiting for the execution of death penalty.

It is really a shame for our civil world where man is subjected to death because of his thought and free opinion.

All of us know that the international laws and the principles of human rights preserve one's opinion right at the the time no government in this world has the right to violate this sacred opinion right or to hide it owing to its racial interests.

In this case, we, as editors of several Kurdish magazines and journals which are issued in Syria, we condemn this unjust decision of the Iranian authority, and we raise our voice to give an appeal to the international organisations and human right watches all over the world to stand against this inhuman decision, on one hand, and the have to do their best as possible as they can to set them free on the other.

Azadî ji mafê nerîn û derbirînê re!

Azadî ji pênûsa azad re!

   Beriya derdora 8 mehan, rojnamevan Ednan Hesenpûr û çalakvanê sivîl Ebdulwahid Bûtîmar(Hîwa) ji bal desthilata Îranê ve  li bajarê SINE hatin zindankirin. Li roja 18.07.2007an, dadgeha Islamî biryara bidarvekirina herdu rewşenbîr û xebatkarên kurd wergirtiye û ew di zindna tekane de cîwar kirine.

   Bi rastî, şerm û fihêt e ku di demeke mîna dema me ya îro de mirov di welatê xwe de, ji bo nerîn û helwesta xwe ya azad bête bidarvekirin..!!

   Li gora hemî zagonên navnetewî û prensîpên mafên mirovan di cîhanê de, mafê nerîn û derbirînê mafekî parastî ye, nabe tu dewlet, tu hêz vî mafî binpê bike û li gora berjewendiyên xwe yên tengî nijadperest vî mafê pîroz daqurtîne.

   Em kovar û weşanên bi zimanê kurdî yên li Sûriyê derdikevin, vê biryara hovane ya derheqa herdu rewşenbîr û tekoşerên kurd şermezar û riswa dikin, bang li hemî dezgehên mafên mirovan, raya giştî ya cîhanê, hezkerên azadiya mirovan, hezkerên peyva azad dikin ku li dijî vê biryara ne mirovane serî hildin û ji bo serbestkirina wan têbikoşin.

 - Hilatina terorkirin û işkencekirina rewşenbîr û xebatkarên mafên mirovan ji cîhanê..!

 الحرية لحق الرأي والتعبير

الحرية للكلمة الحرة!

      أقدمت السلطة القمعية الإيرانية منذ ما يقارب الـ 8 أشهر على اعتقال الصحفي عدنان حسنبور والناشط في مجال حقوق الإنسان عبدالواحد بوتيمار(هيوا)، وزجتهما في سجن مدينة سنه الإيرانية، وفي يوم 18/07/2007، أصدر قاضي المحكمة الإسلامية قراراً يقضي بإعدامهما، حيث تم نقلهما إلى زنزانات انفرادية بانتظار تنفيذ الحكم.

   حقاً، إنه لمن العار أن يتم في وقت كوقتنا هذا، وفي عصر كعصرنا هذا إعدام المرء في وطنه بسبب فكره وموقفه الحر ونظرته للحياة..!

   فمن المعروف أن حق الرأي والتعبير للإنسان هو حق مصان وفقاً لكافة القوانين الدولية ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان، ولا يجوز لأية دولة أو قوة على وجه الأرض المساس به أو الدوس على هذا الحق المقدس، أو تقوم بالتصرف وفقاً لمصالحها العنصرية الضيقة حياله، أو حجبه وابتلاعه.

   إننا نحن الصحف والمجلات الصادرة باللغة الكردية في سوريا، نعرب عن استنكارنا وإدانتنا لهذا القرار الجائر الصادر بحق هذين المناضلين الكرديين، ونناشد كافة مؤسسات ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان والرأي العام العالمي، محبي حرية الشعوب ومحبي الكلمة الحرة للوقوف بحزم وثبات ضد هذا القرار اللا إنساني، والعمل على إطلاق سراحهما.

* وليرحل عن عالمنا إرهاب وتعذيب المثقفين والمناضلين من أجل حقوق الإنسان!.
